Hi, I'm Aneta! I'm the person behind every Amiomocha pattern.

A few years ago I picked up a crochet hook and taught myself, one unravelled row at a time. My first toys were far from perfect, but I couldn't stop. Pretty soon I wanted to make little characters nobody had written a pattern for yet, so I started designing my own.

When I write a pattern, I think back to the times I got stuck on a round and had no idea what went wrong. That's why every step has a photo, so you can check your work as you go. Before a pattern goes on sale, my testers crochet it and tell me what wasn't clear. And if you still get stuck, just send me a message. I really do answer.

I mostly crochet with cotton yarn. I love how neat and crisp the stitches look on a finished toy.

My family puts up with yarn all over the house and cheers me on with every new design. Thank you for being here and for making my patterns. Seeing your finished toys is honestly my favourite part of all this.
