1. Who runs this website

Amiomocha (amiomocha.com) is a small crochet pattern website run by Aneta from Amiomocha. Aneta is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach me at [email protected].

2. What data I collect

There are no user accounts on this website and I never handle payments. I only collect data that you choose to give me:

• Your email address, if you sign up for the newsletter.
• Your name, email address and message, if you write to me through the contact form.

Like every website, the servers that deliver this site also see basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type. This is handled by Cloudflare to keep the website secure and fast.

3. Newsletter

If you sign up for the newsletter, I store your email address so I can send you free patterns, news about new patterns and sale alerts. I only send emails because you asked for them, and you can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of every email.

Newsletter emails are sent with Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which stores the email list on my behalf. Your address stays on the list until you unsubscribe. I never sell or share your email address with anyone else.

4. Contact form

Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to my inbox by Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA). I use your details only to reply to you, and I delete old messages when they are no longer needed.

5. Cookies and statistics

This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising, so there is no cookie banner. To see how many people visit and which pages they like, I use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without collecting personal data. Cloudflare may occasionally set a small technical cookie that protects the site from bots. It is needed for the website to work safely and does not track you.

6. Buying patterns

Patterns are sold through Etsy and Ravelry. When you buy a pattern, your order and payment are handled by them, and their own privacy policies apply.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Our website may interact with third-party platforms to facilitate brand management. Any data accessed through these integrations is used strictly for scheduling and publishing of our original crochet patterns, and for monitoring content performance via reporting tools. We do not sell or share this data with third parties.

We prioritize the security of your data. Our website is protected by Cloudflare's security infrastructure, which includes SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmission. We do not store sensitive personal data or payment information on our servers.

9. Your rights
